International Delivery:
Due to the current changes with Brexit & the increase in shipping rates we have unfortunately had to take down our International shipping. This will be reviewed over time if the process becomes less expensive for both any international customers and ourselves.

If you would like something shipping overseas please contact us and we will be happy to assist and can provide you with a competitive shipping rate.

Please note: in Europe there may be added custom charges from the courier company and we can not cover that.

Shipping turnaround
We aim to ship all Life Store orders within 48 hours and select standard shipping of 3-5 working days via a courier service or Royal Mail. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) please expect longer delivery times, but we will try to get every order shipped as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, at any time.

Furniture/Heavy items
These items are not included in our free over £50 UK shipping offer and standard shipping rates.

For most furniture and large teak pieces we can provide a competitive delivery quote based on each individual order, taking into account the size and weight of items to be delivered and destination. We suggest if you would really like a piece of our unique furniture to select the free click & collect option at checkout (see below for more info). We can hold your items for whenever you are ready to collect them, we will stay in contact with you.

Heavy and larger items will have a delivery charge of £10 (not per item, if you order 2 or more heavy/big items you will just be charged £10) to cover some of our costs from postage. At checkout you will be informed on this.

We unfortunately cannot deliver any furniture and heavy items overseas. The weight and size of these heavy items will be calculated and at checkout you will be informed if the items selected will be able to be shipped overseas.

Maison Berger
We are unable to ship any Maison Berger product into Europe or Worldwide. Strictly UK customers only. Any International orders will be cancelled and a full refund applied. Please contact us via email at sales@lifestorebrigg.com where we can provide you a list of Maison Berger stockists outside of the UK.

Packaging
Our packaging may not look the prettiest but we try to keep our business as sustainable as possible by reusing all of our packaging materials that we receive from the suppliers. We pride ourselves on recycling and being as environmentally friendly as possible!

We always check each item before it's dispatched for any faults and securely and safely package it up. If any item arrives damaged please contact us and we require photo evidence. Visit our 'Returns' section to learn more about our returns policies.

Free Local Delivery
We are offering FREE local delivery on any order over £10. This includes the North East Lincolnshire areas of Brigg, Immingham, Grimsby, Cleethorpes & surrounding local areas. Type in your postcode and press proceed, the delivery costs will be automatically removed before checking out.

We offer a free click and collect option from our store location -
